Why Is My Wolf Hood So Loud on High?

Why Does My Wolf Hood Run but Not Clear Smoke?

What Should I Do With a Wolf Range After a Power Outage?
- Turn the oven knob off the moment the lights go, and leave it there until the power has been back and steady for a few minutes.
- Surface burners only: knob to HIGH, a lighter six inches or longer at the ring's edge — never the oven, griddle, charbroiler, French top or wok burner.
